Wagner Return Policy for Online Orders

Great care is taken in the manufacturing, packaging and shipment of Wagner products. Please inspect your parts immediately upon receipt to ensure the product fulfills your expectations.

Wagner will replace at the point where delivery of the material is first made or, at our option, will allow credit for the purchase price of such material if, and to the extent:

  1. The material is defective or not in conformity with the agreed specifications.
  2. You have notified Wagner of the defect within ten (10) days after the delivery of material.
  3. Wagner has been given reasonable opportunity to inspect the material.

Except as stated herein, Wagner shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages of any nature – including any labor or repair expense – arising out of a sale or the material covered hereby.

All returns must be authorized by Wagner and made within thirty (30) days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge, a minimum charge of $40.00.

After thirty (30) days, returns may still be considered but the restocking charge will increase to 50%. Returns will not be accepted after ninety (90) days.

Cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility unless the error is attributable to Wagner. Contact Wagner customer service to obtain a return authorization.

Wagner shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to make shipment or delivery of all or any part of the merchandise being sold due directly or indirectly to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, inability to obtain materials, fire, flood, law or other governmental regulation, rule or order, strike or other labor difficulty, supplier or carrier failure or delay, war, accident, explosion, and riot.
