WAGNERAIL™ All-Aluminum Level and Ramp Railing System

Heavy cast aluminum fittings with a tumbled finish and aluminum pipe - the strength of welding railing in a mechanical, no-weld system.

Wagnerail™ is a simple, slip-together, mechanical railing system requiring no welding for fabrication. Connealed set screws securely lock rails and fittings where required. This high-strength, yet lightweight, mechanical system meets all accepted engineering practices and complies with OSHA regulations when properly specified and assembled.

All pipe components and accessories are available for fabrication and installation by qualified local contractors. Installation and finish are the responsibility of the qualified contractor you select in your area. Wagnerail™ will be furnished to meet the specifications of your working drawings for precision alignment and embedment on the level or on the rake as installed by your contractor Wagnerail™ may be assembled using a screw to be drilled and tapped into the fitting or 2-part epoxy.

WAGNERAIL™ BALL STYLE FITTINGS
Cast Aluminum Fittings with a Tumbled Finish and set scres.
Ball style railing fittings are very popular during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Over the years, they have gone out of use but are still commonly seen along the ocean and in older facilities. In recent years, Wagner has received requests for those parts as many municipalities are restoring some of these existing installations or for new constuction in historic renovations. Wagner is pleased to re-introduce these parts in cast aluminum for use with 1-1/2" aluminum pipe.

EXTRUDED HANDRAIL BRANKETS
Saddle fits 1.50" thru 3.00" OD and flat surfaces. Contact Wagner for different widths and hol cifigurations. New Extruded Handrail Bracket meets codes requiring a 1-1/2" minimum clearance between the handrail and the wall and the underside of the handrail and horizontal bracket arm.
