Wall Mount Assemblies

These Lumenrail® assemblies house a low voltage LED based Light Strip which is integrated into the underside of the handrail. It does not come complete with the linear Light Strip installed in the handrail and does require a power supplies – drivers. Electrical daisy chain connections must be made on site. 120 or 277 volt drivers are available. The drivers must be remotely located.
WALL MOUNT WITH WALL RETURNS If the “a” dimension is greater than 54", Wall Bracket Assemblies
and additional LED fixtures will be included, as necessary.

Assemblies where the “a” dimension
is between 11" and 54" will
include:

  • Cap Rail
  • Two Wall Returns with brackets
    – one left, one right.
  • Two Wall Return Gaskets
  • Two Transition Sleeves
  • LED Light Strip
  • Driver (Power Supply)
  • Two Light Mounting Clips
  • Backing Strip
  • Slotted Tube Insert
  • Structural Adhesive
WALL MOUNT WITH END CAPS If the “a” dimension is greater than 60", Wall Bracket Assemblies and additional LED fixtures will be included, as necessary.

Assemblies where the “a” dimension
is between 20" and 60" will include:

  • Cap Rail
  • Two Handrail Brackets
  • Two End Caps
  • LED Light Strip
  • Driver (Power Supply)
  • Two Light Mounting Clips
  • Backing Strip
  • Slotted Tube Insert
  • Structural Adhesive
WALL MOUNT FOR STAIRS AND RAMPS

Assemblies where the “a” dimension is between 11" and 44" will include:
• Cap Rail
• Two Rail Ends – one top and one bottom – with Wall Return and Bracket.
• Two Wall Return Gaskets
• Two Transition Sleeves
• LED Light Strip
• Driver (Power Supply)
• Two Light Mounting Clips
• Backing Strip
• Slotted Tube Insert
• Structural Adhesive
If the “a” dimension is greater than 44", Wall Bracket Assemblies and additional LED fixtures will be included, as necessary.

Available in a left or right configuration. Left and right are determined by standing at the bottom of the stair or ramp and looking upward. The wall to your left will require a left hand configuration while the wall to your right will require a right hand configuration.
