LED DRIVER (POWER SUPPLY)

Lumenrail® integrates a low voltage LED based linear Light Strip within the Cap Rail.
Lumenrail® requires a power supply to transform and regulate the voltage. The power
supply is called a driver.

Lumenrail® requires that the 24V driver be remotely located. The driver must be housed in a rated enclosure for both interior and exterior applications.

Light Sticks may be daisy chained to the extent permitted by the Driver. Use wire nuts or other cable connections as required by your local electrical code.

INSTALLATION AND WIRING INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. All wiring must be done by a qualified electrician per national and local codes.
  2. Turn off the power before terminating the driver or fixtures. DO NOT WIRE HOT!
  3. Wiring
    • Driver (+) 24VDC output to Lumenrail® white with red stripe (+).
    • Driver (-) 24VDC output to Lumenrail® white (-).
    • Connect additional Lumenrail® fixtures maintaining polarity.
    • Insure all connections are correct.
    • Connect the black (hot) and white (neutral) wire from the driver to your 120VAC power source.
    • Turn on power and test. If fixture does not light turn off power and verify that polarity is correct and that all connections are tight.

  4. Use correct mounting hardware for your installation.
    • For hand railing installation use Brackets provided with your hand railing system.
  5. Suitable for continuous row mounting. 100 WATTS MAXIMUM COMBINED LOAD OR MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE LOAD OF DRIVER - WHICHEVER IS LESS.
  6. Suitable for wet locations. Use only listed wet location terminations.
  7. Suitable for installation within 4' (1.2M) above the ground.
