Guideline for Weld Joint -- Fabricated Aluminum

• Components to be welded must have “Class 1” or “Special” cosmetic classification prior to acceptance of Customer Purchase Order.
• Specifications are as follows:

Class 1
Smooth Weld Appearance

Filler will be added so no under-cut will be present. Welds will have 5/16-1/2”. Chevrons will be visible. This weld can be polished smooth if necessary.
