Three popular Wagner end cap styles have been designed and manufactured as machined drive-on caps for use with Schedule 40 Pipe Sizes ranging from ¾” to 2 ½”. Machining provides a close tolerance and clean fit.
Wagner Type A Machined Drive-On End Caps, Type E Flat Machined Drive-On Disks and Type G Machined Drive-On Caps have a knurled sleeve design to allow for a secure interior connection to the pipe with no welding. The 6063 Aluminum matches the alloy of most pipe and allows the cap to be color anodized to match the pipe more closely than other end cap styles.
