WAGNER ADDS WATERJET

The Wagner Companies is proud to introduce waterjet machining services with the addition of a WaterJet to its manufacturing operation.

The HammerHead WaterJet provides a cost effective cutting platform for the widest variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, plastics, rubber and exotic metals. Costs are reduced with this clean, single cutting process that often eliminates secondary operations.

The HammerHead uses a 60,000 PSI stream of water and abrasive grit to cut, shape, drill and finish any 2D design in sheet material. It cuts material up to 4? thick in an odorless, dust-free and relatively heat-free process without thermal damage normally associated with laser or plasma cutters. The HammerHead features a 10' x 5' cutting table and industry leading software to produce ±.003 accuracy, versatility and repeatability. Complete nesting software provides maximum parts per sheet of raw material resulting in reduced scrap and cost savings.
