3. SECURE AND PLUMB THE GLASS
Plumb and level glass in the shoe using non-metalic shims - by others - as needed.

4. SET GLASS WITH QUICK SETTING ANCHOR CEMENT
Mix Rockite per package instructions and fill void around glass as needed. Grout Bag or Pouring Ramp are two methods of introducing grout into the Shoe Moulding.
1. PLACE SETTING BLOCKS
Place Setting Blocks – 4" to 6" in length – onto the bottom and 1/4 of the length in from the end of each panel. Place panel with Setting Block into shoe moulding.

2. SPACING AND SEALING PADS
Insert 1/4" Spacing and Sealing Pads between glass panels to prevent glass-to-glass contact and to act as a dam for your desired pour area. Use with Rigid Spacer Blocks for slant pours. Trim as required.
GROUT BAG DISPOSABLE GROUT BAG
White Poly Grout Bag 23" long with 3/8" rubber tip permanently molded in bag. Made of heavy duty plastic, disposable grout bags eliminate the need for cleaning. Bags are 21" long. Tips can be cut to the desired opening.

GROUT POURING RAMP
Provides a wide delivery area for mess-free pouring of cement into the shoe moulding. It shields the gasket retention groove area in the shoe eliminating further clean-up.

5. SEAL TOP OF SHOE
Seal top of shoe with Top Gasket to finish the Shoe Moulding pocket. Rubber Top Gasket finishes off the top of the shoe  moulding pocket after glass has been set. A Vinyl Roller Tool is available to simplify installation.

When a more positive seal is required for exterior applications, roll in a 3/8" Foam Backer Rod and run a cap bead of Neutral Cure Silicone over it. Weep holes should also be provided with exterior applications.
