| Wall Bracket Installation: |
- Mark the location of the wall mount brackets on your wall.
- Use screws to fasten the wall mount bracket mounting plate to wood blocking or wall studs. Otherwise, use appropriate
fasteners as determined by your particular mounting condition – i.e. hollow wall fasteners or masonry anchors.
- Loosely fasten the brackets to the wall.
- Place the Cap Rail on the wall mount expansion bracket and adjust the brackets to the wall. Prior to securing,
verify the fit of all joints and seams.
- Once all joints and dimensions have been confirmed, tighten all screws.
- Move Snap-On Cover into position and apply pressure to the flange to lock it onto the wall bracket mounting plate.

- No welding or special tools.
- Unique expansion connector – patent pending – is inserted
into the Cap Rail slot. Once the two set screws are fully tightened, the bracket is locked into place.

| Post Bracket Installations: |
- Dry assemble all components to confirm fit and dimensions prior to final assembly.
- For adhesive connection to the post:
- Apply adhesive to the inside wall of the top of the post.
- Insert the Post Brackets into the posts.
- Confirm alignment by setting Cap Rail into place before adhesive sets.
- For set screw connection to the post:
- Drill and thread a 1/4"-20 hole 5/8" to center from the top of the post.
- Insert the Post Bracket into the post.
- Set Cap Rail into place to confirm alignment.
- Use the 1/4"-20 set screw – provided – to lock the Post Bracket into place.
- Once Cap Rail is in place, confirm alignment and tighten the two set screws on the underside of the expansion connector.

The components on this page are designed for use with Wagner slotted Cap Rail sections. They are fabricated from aluminum and stainless steel pipe with a diameter matching that of Wagner’s slotted Cap Rail. The Transition Sleeve shown below permits the Cap Rail to be joined with the thicker walled wall returns and rail ends.

These cast stainless steel fittings are designed to permit weld-free assembly of WagnerailTM systems with either 3formTM ecoresin panels, glass panels or ArchimeshTM wire infills. Components are joined to Cap Rail and posts using adhesive. The components are designed to match up with Wagner’s Slotted Cap Railing when used in conjunction with Schedule 40 – .140" wall thickness – pipe posts. The integrated internal connector sleeves are sized according to its mating tube/pipe – the vertical connector matches up with pipe size while the horizontal connector fits within thinner wall slotted tube or Schedule 5 pipe. |

Center section of three-piece laminate has precision slots that perfectly match the repeat spacing of the woven fabric. The fabric pickets are securely welded to the center spine. Precision rivet holes are cut at specific intervals. Dovetail slots can be incorporated to accomodate a wide variety of mounting lugs. |

Outer covers with precision cut rivet holes are riveted to both sides of center spine to form a tremendously strong and aesthetically pleasing assemby. Rivets are ground flush and satin finished. Overall thickness of assembly is 1/2" with a width of 11/4". The panels are set into Wagner Slotted Cap Railing with a Protective Insert – see page 10 – and standard glazing techniques. |

Twenty-five years of constant innovation have made Banker Wire the premier manufacturer of pre-crimped wire cloth in North America. Wire from carefully selected vendors is crimped on proprietary crimping machines using tooling designed and made on site. The crimped wire is then assembled on screen assembly looms designed and built by Banker Wire’s staff of engineers and machine builders. There is total control of the manufacturing process. Exact openings, correct crimp style, dimensionally stable fabrics and complete lot to lot repeatability are all standard.
