	Click here to download a pdf version of these instructions. If you have a Wagner account, click YES – you will be taken to the Login Screen. If you do not have a Wagner account, click NO and skip the next section. If you are a company that expects to use our products and web site again in the future, please consider creating a Customer Number. A Customer Number provides you with access to online package tracking; order and account status; and special offers on Wagner manufactured products -- brackets, elbows, flanges, end caps, connectors and more. You may obtain a Customer Number either by applying for credit terms or -- if you prefer paying by credit card -- submitting a Customer Number Application
	If you have already created a Shopwagner Login ID and Password, enter them and click Login to begin your session. If you have forgotten your Login, click Retrieve password by answering your reminder question. Click *I WANT TO USE SHOPWAGNER WITHOUT LOGGING IN* if you would like to enter the site as a casual shopper and wish to browse. However, pricing displayed will not reflect any discounts related to your existing Wagner account. If you have not created a Shopwagner Login but you already have a Wagner commercial account, click IF THIS IS THE FIRST VISIT CLICK HERE TO CREATE A SHOPWAGNER LOG-IN ID.
	Shopwagner Registration You must have a Wagner Customer Number to register at shopwagner.com. You can find your account number on any invoice or statement that you have received from Wagner in the past. If you do not know your Wagner Customer Number, contact Wagner for assistance. Once you have completed all of the required fields, click Submit to forward your request. Your status will be confirmed and you will receive an e-mail once your account has been activated. If you do not have a Wagner Customer Number and wish to create one, contact Wagner regarding the criteria for opening a commercial account.
	Shopwagner Entry Page SEARCH FOR PARTS: Throughout shopwagner.com, you have the ability to search for parts either by part number or by description. Due to system limitations, Wagner part descriptions use a great many abbreviations. Do not use this option unless you are familiar with Wagner’s system of notation otherwise you will not have successful results. Select thye Go to List of Abbreviations link for clarification. BROWSE WAGNER PRODUCTS: If you are unsure of exactly what item meets your need, click on the Browse button to access our Catalog Drill Down screen. CHECK ORDER STATUS as well as access your order history and account information. This option will not display if you are not logged in to the system.
	Catalog Drill Down Clicking on Browse Wagner Products brings up this Catalog Drill Down window. Wagner products are broken down by product group. Select an icon and you will proceed through a series of options that will eventually bring you to the items that most closely meet your requirements.
	For example, selecting the Flanges icon in the Catalog Drill Down would then bring up screens for selection of alloy, square or round, flange style, hole configuration, and set screw option. Once the final selection is made, the screen to the left would appear with matching items at the bottom.
	Item Details Any time a part number is displayed, you may click on the number to bring up a screen that will show an image of the part. If you wish to confirm dimensions, click on the *View PDF File* – Adobe Acrobat Reader is required for viewing. If a CAD file is required, click on *View CAD File* to download a .dxf file to your computer.
	Express Entry If you know the part numbers for which you have interest, click on the link in the top navigation bar for *Line Item Entry. From here you may enter multiple items to determine availability or add to your Shopping Cart*.
	Shopping Cart By entering a quantity and clicking the Add Items to Order button, a *Shopping Cart* is created and you will see a screen with the total material cost – with discounts allowed for quantity – and total weight. If any quantities or adjustments need to be made, you can add or subtract item quantities on the screen and click Update Cart to show the new totals or click on the *Line Item Entry* link or the *Catalog Drill-Down* to add additional items to your cart. Click *Check Out* to enter your order.
	Shipping Information If you are a registered user, your typical Ship To addresses should be available for you to choose from immediately. If you would like to add an address to this list contact customer service. If you are a Non-Registered User, enter your Ship To address. P.O. Boxes are not acceptable for UPS or truck shipments. Make sure that that the Shipping Route is marked correctly. Shipping Method Select from the options in the drop-down menu. Your options may be limited depending on the weight and size of your order. UPS orders for stock material entered before 10:30 a.m. Central Standard Time – on normal business days – will ship out the same day. Orders entered after 10:30 will ship the next business day. UPS shipping costs will be provided in the next screen. Truck shipments will generally ship within 1 to 3 business days. Note: Truck Freight is calculated and added to the order total at a later time by customer service. Once all of the information is entered, click Continue.
	Payment Information If you are logged-in and have credit terms with Wagner, simply enter a purchase order number to enter your order. You will be invoiced as usual. Optionally, you may enter a credit card number to enter your order – no invoice will be sent. Note that small package orders between $25 and $74 must be paid for with a credit card. If you do not have credit terms set up with Wagner, enter a credit card number and information as noted. You may optionally enter a purchase order, job or reference number. This will appear on all documentation. Click Continue to review and confirm your order.
	Confirm Order After confirming that the shipping address and items are both correct you will be asked to confirm and place the order by pressing the *Your Order is Not Entered Until You Click Here* button. Once the order has been accepted you will be given the option to Click for a Printable Acknowledgement.
