Mazak Fabrigear 300, Six-Axis Tube Laser

The Wagner Companies announces that it has added a Mazak Fabrigear 300, 4000-watt tube laser to its manufacturing operation. The multi-axis torch and simultaneously controlled chuck fabricate -- in one operation -- precise angle cuts, weld-prep bevels and advanced, complex contours such as saddle joint cuts.
Capacities:
Up to 11-7/8" round pipe  Up to 8" square tube Up to 26' long Material thickness of 3/8" in stainless steel and 5/8" in steel Complex contour cuts
Features:
Automatically loads Feeds Laser cuts Unloads parts Uses 2D .dxf or 3D .igs format files maximizing material usage and reduces scrap
The tube laser will:
Reducing, or eliminate, fabricator setup Improving and automating the placement of multiple holes in a variety of pipe and tube shapes, sizes and materials Introducing the latest manufacturing technology to the current product line Provides a new service to Wagner Customers
